Titan Contratistas Generales S.A.C. is a Peruvian company legally constituted by Mr. Percy Torres Ríos and is holder of UEA Oriente N° 1 Mining Unit, with more than 14 years of experience in activities of exploitation, development, processing and export of gold minerals, which is located in the Comuni area, Ananea district, San Antonio de Putina province, Puno region at an average altitude of 5010 masl.
For the development of mining operations in UEA Oriente N° 1, Titan Contratistas Generales S. A. C. is provided with the qualification of Small Mining Producer (PPM, for its acronym in Spanish), according to Record N° 0088-2019, which was granted by the Ministry of Energy and Mines´ General Directorate of Mining Formalization, besides having the authorization to commence/recommence the underground mining operations, given through Directorate Resolution N° 218-2017-GRP-DREM- PUNO/D, dated September 12th, 2017 and granted by the Regional Directorate of Energy and Mines of the Regional Government of Puno, in addition to having the environmental certifications and authorizations regarding the mining sub sector.
We are a formal company with more than 270 collaborators and a wide variety of proprietary machinery and equipment, thus allowing us to comply with the company´s goals and the standards of occupational safety, health and environment.

1) Prevent injuries, illnesses and incidents among our workers, which could be generated by our activities and the use of products on them.
2) Promote the participation and consultation of our collaborators to identify, evaluate and control the dangers and risks in our processes in order to keep our facilities and work safe.
3) Comply with and enforce the rules of occupational safety and health as well as the legislation applicable to our activities.
4) Perform our activities under national and international work standards, seeking the continuous enhancement in our processes.
5) Permanently training our collaborators in occupational safety and health issues, so that their well- being and integrity can be ensured.
6) Child labor in the mining unit and regarding our suppliers is prohibited.
1) Protect the natural environment and areas surrounding our operations, preventing, reducing and mitigating the negative impacts generated by our activities and enhancing the implemented actions to generate positive impacts to the environment.
2) Fulfill and ensure that our collaborators and suppliers will meet the Peruvian Environmental Legislation and any other rule subscribed in all planning, exploitation, processing and export activities.
3) Implement and maintain the Environmental Management and Compliance Program to meet the undertaken environmental commitments in the environmental management instruments, policies and work standards for our operations.
4) Continuous development and maintenance of the Environmental Training Programs for our collaborators, fostering a culture of responsible and sustainable use of natural resources, from the perspective of the life cycle of our activities and processes.
5) Collaborate on a voluntary basis with public and private organizations, being involved in mutually cooperation on environmental issues.
1) No worker or supplier shall attend work under the influence of drugs or alcohol, as they affect safety and productivity at work and may also endanger their colleagues as well as the company´s commercial and active interests.
2) The use, sale, purchase, distribution, transfer or manufacture of any controlled dangerous substance is prohibited, as well as any related activity during working hours or at the company offices and/or projects areas.
3) It is forbidden to consume alcohol beverages during working hours or at the company offices.
1) Titan Contratistas Generales S.A.C. has its Manual for the Prevention of Asset Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (“MPLAFT”, for its initials in Spanish), which aims at allowing the company to timely detect all unusual and/ or suspicious operations performed, or those attempted to be performed; and at notifying the Peruvian Financial Intelligence Unit of the situation related to Asset Laundering or Financing of Terrorism crimes.
2) Likewise, it allows an efficient performance of the company and its collaborators through the principles, operations and procedures established therein; promoting among them a constant communication and dynamic interrelation for proper compliance with the current regulations.
3) In addition, it has its Company´s Code of Ethics and Conduct, which was created to ensure that its collaborators develop their activities fully complying with the values that identify it, as well as the rules that apply to it.
4) The Code is intended to implement actions to prevent the company from being reputational, legally and/or financially affected by any administrative, civil or criminal action because of alleged unethical practices committed by its employees.
5) The Code is of mandatory compliance for all the company´s collaborators.
Our operations are located in the Paraje Comuni, Ananea District, Province of San Antonio de Putina, in the Department of Puno. Our Administrative Economic Unit (UEA) is the Underground Mine called Oriente N ° 1, where the exploitation activities are carried out in the following Mining Rights: Ana María N° 5, Maribel de Oro y Oriente N° 1.

In the UEA Oriente N° 1 Mining Unit, we seek to protect the environment in strict compliance with the environmental regulations and the commitments derived from our approved environmental management instruments, in addition to other environmental mining permits and authorizations.
